- Send text messages about your own booking, only if you ticked the optional SMS consent checkbox on the booking form (see section 4)
- Determine appropriate membership tier placement

4. SMS Communications
Wilson Auto Detailing LLC, operating as Autodetailer.com, sends SMS text messages only to customers who have opted in. Consent is not given by submitting a form, by providing a phone number, or by agreeing to our Terms of Service. It is given only when you tick a separate, unticked checkbox on a form that describes the messages you will receive. The checkbox is optional: if you leave it unticked you can still use the service and we will contact you by email instead.
When you request a detailing appointment at autodetailer.com/book and tick that box, you agree to receive text messages about that booking: a confirmation of your request, your detailer’s assignment and arrival, a link to save a payment card, and replies to your questions about the booking. We record that you ticked the box, when, and the exact wording you agreed to. Up to 6 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We use Twilio as our SMS service provider; Twilio processes phone numbers and message content solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive, on our instructions, and does not use them for any other purpose.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze site traffic and improve user experience. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function properly as a result.

We use third party tools to operate our business including Twilio for SMS delivery, GoHighLevel for CRM and email communications, WP Engine for website hosting, and Cloudflare for security and performance. These providers process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. They do not receive mobile opt-in data or consent information for their own use, and none of them may use your information for marketing or promotional purposes.
